Responsibilities and Duties
Act as a first point of contact for guests.
Greet guests in a friendly and informative manner
Answer to client queries and issues
Treat guest to tea, coffee and great customer service.
Work with checking clients in and out.
Cashing out clients; Ensure the cash register is balanced
Up-selling products or services and keeping clients up to date with promotions
Booking walk-in clients into the system working alongside service providers
Engage in incoming and outgoing calls
Pre-book future appointments with clients after their services.
Excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1-year related experience (same position or retail customer service experience
Salon/Spa experienced considered an asset
Best availability would be if you can work Wednesdays and Sundays.
