Office Administrative/Receptionist

Well-established Company is looking for a reliable and punctual receptionist with excellent work ethic to join our team in Quebec. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive pay and extended medical benefits. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct telephone calls via a multi-line switchboard, respond to voice mails and
emails, deal with queries from the public and customers in a professional and positive manner
Greet persons entering the office and direct them to the correct destination
Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries, organize couriers as needed
Assist accounting and other staff with various tasks as needed
Prepare correspondence and documents including letters, memos, reports, labels, and
perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested
Order and distribute office supplies
Keep a well-organized reception and lobby

Qualifications required include:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Ability to handle confidential information
High school diploma or 2 years of related experience
Punctuality and a positive work attitude is a must
